Getting to Barrakee in the COVID-19 Situation

Private Transfers

With the current situation surrounding COVID-19 we recommend utilising a Private Snow Transfer as the safest way of getting to our lodge this season.

There are several businesses in the mountains who provide this service. We recommend Snow Access Tours - from Jindabyne to Perisher and return.

There are multiple ways to get to Barrakee Ski Lodge

By far the easiest, quickest and most popular way to arrive at
Barrakee Ski Lodge is Car > Ski Tube > Oversnow.

Car > Ski Tube > Oversnow

1) Drive your Car

Guests drive to Bullocks Flat Ski Tube Terminal and leave their car in the free, security patrolled car park. No park entry fees or snow chains are required.

2) Catch the Ski Tube

Guests ride the Ski Tube for the 11 minute journey into the mountains and alight at the Perisher Valley Ski Tube Terminal (PVSTT) building.

3) Barrakee Oversnow transfer

Guests are met at the PVSTT at their pre-arranged time and transported directly to the lodge via our complimentary over snow vehicle.

Barrakee Oversnow Transport Information
